That depends directly on intensity of heart break. sometimes it gets to you more because you cant go anywhere else and its like you're trapped in the same area, like a box or a maze. most of the times when you get out you feel better because you can see things in perspective. A big unexplored world! its like being in.. remember the Truman show? when you're stuck. it gets worse. when you get out you feel better. trust me.
hmmm.. it should. i think it definitely does coz we are in a new place with new people, new experiences. It would mend the heart but only if we let go of the past!!
i veto that.places cant mend broken hearts, only u can :) if u go to a new place, n everything familiar reminds u of someone, n everything new u experience makes u wish he/she was with u, then where's the sense in running away?
